I learned about 40 years ago that I loved preparing taxes and helping people.  I have been preparing taxes and involved  with customer service for the last 40 years. I strive to provide my clients with the best customer service.  I prepare Individual tax returns and most of the schedules and forms that accompany them.  95 percent of my services are by appointment and are handled thru my Tax Portal .  I use online meetings, My Tax Portal, and conference calls to stay in constant communication with my clients. There is no challenge too big for me.   For the average person income taxes can be a mysterious and scary thing, but it is something that almost all of us have to deal with.  It brings me joy to see the relief on my client's faces when they know I can help them.
